      Reflective Writing

Spanish class this year has really helped my ability to speak and understand spanish and use it more frequently in daily life. I can now understand the majority of the conversation when people are speaking spanish around me without having to ask them every single thing that they say. I can also communicate with some of my neighbors that speak spanish. It helps me to progress in the language and understand it even further. Another thing that spanish class has done for me this year is to help me understand the culture of the spanish-speaking countries. We have learned a lot about different spanish-speaking cultures which has helped me to understand the differences in our culture compared to theirs. It has really opened my eyes to the differences that the world has in even the smallest details. Overall I have learned a great deal in spanish and have enjoyed it a lot!
